Virgil looking good very few wires
One of Virgil's excellent nurses.
Visits from family and friends have been such an encouragement and blessing. The following three pictures were taken the first week after the twins were born. My brothers dad and mom and niece are on the pictures. Of course my hubby and Cody are on as well.
Looking together at pictures from delivery and of the babies immediately after.
The way I cart my luggage and baby around the hospital. Saves me a lot of energy, besides I'm really not supposed to lift too much yet.
me with our very precious bundles!! Thank you God. Help us raise them for You!
And for a little update. Virgil does have reflux and will need the g tube put in for feedings. This is a tube that is put directly into his stomach and through which I will feed him until his reflux clears up. Surgery is planned for Thursday this week. Then if all goes as expected and Virgil is handling the full amount of feedings he should be, and if there are no other complications, they will be looking at flying Virgil back to Jackson, MS.later next week. Not sure yet of all the traveling details and wether I will travel with or not. But home is defintely on my mind! I can hardly wait to get home. I left home July 16!!
Thanks everyone for all your nice comments and all the prayers!! We couldn't do it all without you. God bless you richly! Lovingly, Denise
